Long-awaited European-style village could break ground soon in Southlake

The new team behind the long-stalled Carillon Parc development in Southlake is ready to bring a slice of Europe to the North Texas city.

New development group Carillon Crown LLC hopes to break ground on the 42-acre project northeast of the intersection of State Highway 114 East and North White Chapel Boulevard by the end of April or early May.
