John Terrell

John Terrell is a highly accomplished real estate developer with 42 years of experience. He currently serves as a partner at Carillon Crown, LLC, overseeing Carillon Parc’s visioning and entitlements. He is also the President and owner of Commercial Real Estate Strategic Partners, providing real estate investment, development, and consulting services to international airports across the US. In addition, he leads a team of 84 real estate agents at Tong Parsons & Terrell, a brokerage firm in Texas.

Previously, John served as President of PG Development, LLC until January 2023, providing commercial development, land planning, and consulting services to airports. He was also Vice President of Commercial Development at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), overseeing development and leasing for 15 years, with over 4,000 acres and 46 million square feet of commercial facilities developed. He spearheaded the development of the Pinnacle Park development in Dallas as Senior Vice President of the Christon Company and held leadership roles with Southern Pacific and Union Pacific Railroad.

John has also served as an elected or appointed official for 19 years, including as Mayor and City Council member. He has been recognized for his achievements in the industry, holds advanced degrees in business, and serves on various advisory boards and committees.

Hemanth Golla is a serial entrepreneur with a background in IT that envisioned and started High Circle. He has held management positions in numerous large-cap enterprises from Lehman Brothers to NTT Data, overseeing large teams concurrently and working on projects cumulatively worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He has also founded numerous enterprises of his own from an IT company to a nationwide chain of crepe restaurants that has dozens of branches coast to coast which recently saw a successful exit.

Prior to his current focus, Farrukh worked as a computer analyst for American Airlines and was part of a team of engineers at Al Ovaidah Est, where he contributed to the construction of the Riyadh to Mecca highway.

Farrukh’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Aligarh University in India, as well as a certificate in urban planning and development management from Aligarh University.
